Duchy Holidays Expands its Portfolio of Holiday Cottages to Rent in Cornwall

Duchy Holidays, a cottage rental agency based in Cornwall in the UK, has expanded its portfolio with the addition of six new cottages, houses and apartments in the Perranporth area.

Cornish holiday company Duchy Holidays has this week added a further six new properties to its growing portfolio of cottages, houses and apartments in the Perranporth area of Cornwall.

The new properties are all spacious self-catering holiday homes, making them ideal for family holidays and get-togethers on the North Cornwall coast.

These recent additions add to the already extensive collection of holiday homes the company has available to rent in Perranporth, St Agnes, Porthtowan and surrounding villages.

Last year, Duchy Holidays celebrated a major milestone when it took on its 150th property. The company has continued this growth into 2018 with the addition of these six new houses.

Dune View – this new build house for up to six people occupies an elevated position on the on edge of Perranporth.

Hope Cottage – this is a quintessentially Cornish cottage in Rose with low beams, with the addition of a modern ‘garden room’.

Lee’s Loft – located just a 15-minute walk from the beach in Porthtowan, Lee’s Loft is a large, reverse living house, for up to eight people, with big sea view windows.

The Rosery – this beautifully renovated stone cottage sleeps 6 people and offers a garden and countryside views in the hamlet of Bolingey.
